The modern English term 'spirituality' refers to spirit  and comes from the Latin spiritualitas. Spiritualitas springs from the noun spiritus which means 'the breath of life'. I mean really, who cares? when everybody is also busy fighting their own demons. I was at the point where, i was willing and absolutely ready to end this beautiful game, well of course in those moments of deep sadness and helplessness there was nothing beautiful about my life, at least to me living it. I needed Peace, i needed to Declutter my Mind, which basically was the cause of my
