I WAS SO CLOSE TO LOSING MY MIND.

Image
Well who is to say i didn't? (eloel) I always found myself saying "man, i'd kill to have someone to talk to, "i would pay good money to have someone listen to what i had to say" I mean, who wouldn't? its easier to handle our problems if we feel like we have a support system, you cannot even imagine how many times I've begged the heavens to send me someone that will hold the space for me to be completely vulnerable.  That's the thing about life, there's hardly anyone to talk to when you get to that point where its either you release all of the pain or you end the game. I mean really, who cares? when everybody is also busy fighting their own demons. I was at the point where, i was willing and absolutely ready to end this beautiful game, well of course in those moments of deep sadness and helplessness there was nothing beautiful about my life, at least to me living it. The modern English term 'spirituality' refers to spirit  and comes from the Latin spiritualitas. Spiritualitas springs from the noun spiritus which means 'the breath of life'. Tied up against your will. A near-death experience (lifeguard, car accidents). Natural disasters (fire, floods). Negative doctor experience (shots, surgery). Falling down and getting hurt. Locked in a closet, room, or other small enclosed space. Choking on food or anything else when you thought you were going to die. Accidents involving water such as drowning, boating accidents, near-drowning, etc. We’ve all heard of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD. It’s that feeling you have when you’re in the supermarket, going about your day, and then you bump into someone and they yell at you. You instantly feel a jolt of adrenaline, your heart starts racing and you go on high alert. Most people experience a lot of trauma without even realizing it. Someone insults them or talks down to them, they mig...
